CALAFIORI (1) looked a different proposition since being fitted with cheekpieces. Readily returned to winning ways in a nursery at Pontefract last time and carrying a 7lb penalty for that success can defy this to follow-up racing for a yard in top form. Warrants plenty of thought. LORD HARCOURT (5) went well when a good runner-up over 5f at Newcastle. Cannot be discounted now up in trip on his nursery debut for a stable enjoying a decent year. STARDINIA (2) was a solid third over this distance at Windsor two starts ago and warrants respect down in standard. SON OF SARABI (3) rounds out the shortlist.
