SHELSTEIN (7) is going well and is knocking on the door, last time out finishing third over 6f at Randwick and only 0. 9 lengths from the winner. Will find this easier. Likely to feature. COUGARS (8) is coming along nicely this prep. Finished sixth when fresh from a lay-off two starts back at Randwick then improved and scored over 6f at Randwick two weeks ago, getting home by a long neck. Meeting a tougher field but on his best form he is capable of another big performance. SEQUISTA (13) didn't do a bad job when third last start after being in contention on the bend over 6½f at Randwick, beaten 1. 5 lengths. That followed a win at Gosford the start prior. Taking on a better line-up this time but she has the ability to bounce back. APUNTAR (2) produced a better run last start, beaten 2. 75 lengths into fourth over 7f at Eagle Farm. Finds a nice race and can make amends.
