Well placed and there is no reason he cannot salute. KOIOS (3) doesn't have the best strike rate but ran a strong race when resuming from a lay-off last time out over 6¼f at Newcastle, finishing second and beaten 2 lengths. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. RIDE THE RIVER (4) was unplaced two runs back when fresh from a lay-off then again missed the frame last start over 5f at Kembla Grange, beaten 3 lengths into sixth. Has his share of ability and is a top-three prospect.
