INTRUDER (4) is a 12-start maiden who could only manage to finish tenth after being in contention on the turn at his latest appearance over 6½f at Hawkesbury. Solid top-three chance on his best figures. THE BENTLEY (7) progressed nicely last time out at the second run of the campaign to finish just 0.9 lengths from the winner in second over 7f at Newcastle. No surprise to see him in the mix.
