OAKFIELD BLUE BELL (5) returned from a lay-off two-and-a-half weeks ago when she was beaten 5 lengths into sixth over 6f at Newcastle. Nicely placed to play a pivotal role. BRUNO BRUNO (7) finished out of the money on debut two starts back then was beaten 2 lengths when fifth in a 6½f contest at Hawkesbury two weeks ago. Likely improver with strong prospects. KERVETTE (2) was in the firing line on the corner and finished second last time over 6f at this track, beaten 2 lengths. Will trim down following recent racing. Yet to miss the placings from four starts at this circuit. In the right race and is sure to be prominent.
