SARATOGA GOLD (9) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 6f at Woodbine All Weather, beaten 4 lengths after being prominent at the bend. Meets a stronger field but he is worth serious consideration. ALBERTA PHAROAH (6) ended up 8 lengths behind the winner in seventh on debut last start over 5½f at Woodbine All Weather. Open to plenty of improvement. Top-three chance. FROST ROCKET (4) debuted five weeks ago when he finished sixth over 5½f in stakes class at Woodbine All Weather, beaten 14 lengths. Fitter and the blinkers come off. Expected to run well.
