GOLDEN AFTERNOON (6) did a good job to salute by 0. 3 lengths when resuming in a weaker race last start over 5½f at Churchill Downs Turf (Turf). Open to plenty of improvement and will be a tough nut to crack again. MISS VYVYANNE (1) went forward and gave a great sight before finishing second last time out over 5f at Woodbine All Weather. It doesn't get any easier but on her best form she is right in contention. OUTLAW KID (4) was narrowly beaten into second when second up last start in Listed grade at Laurel Turf (Turf) over 5½f. Record at this journey is strong with four wins from 13 runs and is sure to be thereabouts. WESTERN WHIRL (5) went forward and gave a great sight when third over 6f in the G3 Jacques Cartier Stakes at Woodbine All Weather last time out. Fraser Aebly who has two wins when partnering stays on. Not to be discounted.
