SPRINGER (9) missed the placings when resuming two runs back then didn't feature last start when 5. 5 lengths away in fifth over 6f at this track after being in contention on the corner. Tackling a more suitable race this time so he can find the winners' list. GINGER'S HOLIDAY (6) is fresh from a lay-off of six-and-a-half months and did hit the frame when last resuming at Woodbine Inner over 7½f. In a different yard now. One of the genuine hopes in the race. MY BOY BRUCE (5) was well in commission last time out but could only manage to finish fifth over 6½f at this track in a disappointing performance.
