Race Tip

NOTABLE SPEECH (2) hasn't won recently but looks close to a breakthrough based on his last start second in the G1 Prix Jacques Le Marois at Deauville over 1m when beaten a head. Capable of ending the long drought. ONE STRIPE (3) is a talented galloper resuming from a lay-off of six months. Will find this tougher than the latest outing when sixth over 7f at Kenilworth. Is a when resuming winner in the past. Should be prominent from the outset. Leading contender. GAS ME UP (9) scored last start in Group 2 grade at this track to make it two wins from three starts this campaign. Stiffer assignment here but he should be very competitive. WIN FOR THE MONEY (8) is struggling to break through but hasn't been far away, the latest offering a third, beaten 2 lengths, over 1m in the G1 Fourstardave Handicap at Saratoga (Turf). Patrick Husbands has won when aboard in the past and gets the ride again. One of the better hopes.
