PROUD RONIN (7) finished eighth over 1m at this track last time out following a determined win when fresh from a lay-off two runs back. Backmarker who gets home hard. Leading contender. MIDNIGHT TEMPESTA (4) finished out of the money two starts back then he was never in contention and was beaten 6 lengths when fifth in a 6½f contest at this track two weeks ago. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. DISSECTOLOGIST (6) doesn't win out of turn but ran a nice race last time out over 5½f at this track, finishing fourth and beaten 1.75 lengths. Looks well placed so expect a bold display.
