Group 2 winner CANDY OVERLOAD (3) made it back-to-back wins when successful last start over 5½f in stakes class at this track, getting home by half a length. Winning rider Patrick Husbands retains the mount. This looks a sterner test than last time but on current form he is capable of testing his rivals. Group 3 winner IRONSTONE (2) resumed last start over 5½f in Listed grade at this track and showed little early speed, settling well back but hitting the line hard to finish third, beaten 1.5 lengths. Tougher assignment this time but can figure in the finish.
