LADY ONYX (4) is a four-year-old filly who is having her first run for the Mark E Casse stable. Finished off last campaign with a ninth in the G3 Fairy Bridge Stakes at Tipperary eight months ago. Not seen at the trials but won on debut to launch last prep. Can kick off with a win. FIRING BULLETS (2) doesn't win out of turn, scoring just once from 13 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when fourth over 5½f at Fairgrounds, beaten 3 lengths. Going up a level this time but she deserves serious consideration. WILDFIRE (3) looks to launch this prep the way she ended the last four-and-a-half months ago when she scored over 6½f at this track. One of the genuine contenders. BOLT ENOREE (6) is back at the races for the first time since October 15. Scored over 4½f at this track at the start of last prep. Looks a strong top-three prospect.
