NAUGHTY NIALL (3) turned in a decent effort last start finishing third over 1m4 1/4f here attempting a handicap. Drawn well in stall one and sure to be a serious threat. KNIGHT OF MAGIC (9) provided a solid third at this track tackling 1m1 1/2f. Running consistently with two placings from four starts this year and remains one of the big hopes. TEN TEN TWENTY (4) ran poorly when sixth tackling 1m6f here. Needs to bounce back. Worth a second look. RAMPANT (7) finished 8L fourth in a 1m2 1/4f contest at Newcastle All Weather on his latest appearance. Receives a nice gate in stall three and this maiden after twenty three starts will need a career best.
