KING INCANTO (1) has recorded four minor placings from six runs this campaign. Continued the trend last time out when runner-up over 7f at Narrandera after he was well back on straightening. Beautifully placed and is sure to give this a mighty shake. BRUTIFY (6) is usually thereabouts but finds it hard to win, with only one victory from 15 starts. Was again denied last start when she found a couple better over 5½f at Casterton. Nicely placed to test this line-up. MISS HIMALAYA (11) has a moderate winning strike-rate but performed well last time at Donald, finishing second and only 2. 25 lengths from the winner at the end of 6f when she made late ground. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot find winning ways. SLATE RIPPER (2) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 6f at Donald, beaten 5 lengths. Fitter so can figure in the finish.
