PALLADIUM (7) was unwanted in betting on debut last start but ran a strong race, finishing third and beaten a long neck over 6½f at Wangaratta. Can open winning account this time. ANGEL IN BLACK (10) ran a much better race at her second outing last start to finish second over 6f at Kyneton. Meeting a deeper field this time but she is good enough to play a major role. WINMAR (13) missed the placings when resuming recently but was not too far from the winner when fifth over 6f at Geelong. Won't find this as tough. Should be involved in the finish. MYKINDAKANDY (5) did a fair job on debut last time out, finishing 2. 25 lengths from the winner in fourth over 5f at Seymour. Can figure in the finish.
