Expected to be primed for a defence of his title after the Kerry Lee stable star returned to action with an excellent third behind a noted performer in the G1 Fighting Fifth Hurdle at Newcastle during November. Will be spot on for this and relish going back up in trip. POTTERS CHARM (2) is two from three over this distance. Was fourth in the 3m1/2f G1 Long Walk Hurdle at Ascot last time and could find this more suitable down in both distance and class. The mare TAKE NO CHANCES (3) gets 8lb from the aforementioned pair and that makes her dangerous after a good third in the G2 Long Distance Hurdle at Newbury. ALTOBELLI (4) completes the shortlist.
