Race Tip

Stepping up in trip on his chasing debut could bring out the best in IDEAL DES BORDES (3). The unexposed seven-year-old beat a fair yardstick in a maiden hurdle at Kempton last May. May prove well-treated off this opening rating. MUSKOKA (5) readily landed the prize in a handicap chase over this trip and grade at Hereford just before Christmas. Obvious contender off a 8lb higher mark. On the same card LAGONDA (6) encountered a progressive mare. Cannot be ignored nudged up 3lb. WRAPPEDUPINMAY (1) needs to be considered.
