Will prove tough to beat. GRAY LIGHTNING (1) returns from a lay-off of ten months and did score when resuming when last in work at Parx (Dirt) over 6f. Lines up for the first time for the Armando Hernandez stable. One of the genuine hopes in the race. PALACEIN (2) was in contention on the bend and finished second last time over 6f at this track (Dirt), beaten 0.3 lengths. Has started two times at this course and distance and is yet to miss the placings. Facing a tougher assignment but she is up to the task. MERASOL SUGAR (6) didn't make an impact at her last run before going for a lay-off on 02/02/2025, finishing fifth and beaten 9 lengths over 1m1/2f at Oaklawn Park (Dirt). Among the better hopes.
