SKIPPA (7) finished second two runs back at Delta Downs (Dirt) then improved last time out to score by half a length over 4f at Fonner Park (Dirt). Well placed and there is no reason he cannot score again. WHIP (9) is having his first run since November 29. Goes well when fresh with two wins and two placings from seven starts. Sure to make his presence felt. ELIOT NESS (2) finished 4.5 lengths behind the winner in fifth place when resuming over 4f last start at Fonner Park (Dirt). Second up record is sound. Can do better this time.
