Was in strong form before that lay-off with three straight wins until he finished seventh at Listed level at Remington Park (Dirt) to close the campaign. Good effort at the start of last prep to fill a minor placing over 5f at Remington Park. A bold showing is on the cards. SIMMERON (1) returned from a lay-off last start with a strong win by 1.3 lengths over 5½f at this track (Dirt). Fitter for that last hitout and is among the winning hopes again. JOHN (3) had a bit on his rivals last time with an impressive 5 lengths win over 5½f at Sam Houston Park (Dirt). Has good early speed so should take up a forward position. Winning claims on best figures. TZEDAKAH (2) is a progressive three-year-old gelding who resumes from a break of three-and-a-half months, his last appearance being a win over 5½f at Remington Park (Dirt). Alfredo Jr Triana who has scored on him two times retains the mount. Best figures stack up.
