Group 1 placegetter MYSTIC PAINT (1) finished fifth when resuming two runs back then progressed nicely last time out after being prominent at the turn to score by 1.75 lengths as favourite over 1f180yards at this track (Dirt). Tackling a deeper field this time but he is good enough to figure in the finish. Group 1 placegetter MIDNIGHT POLITICS (2) did a great job to score by 0.8 lengths over this course and distance when resuming from a layoff last start. Going up a level this time but he deserves plenty of thought. ELVERNA BRADSHAW (3) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 2.5 lengths when fourth over 1f180yards at this track two-and-a-half weeks ago. Steps up a level but she is capable of running a bold race. PREYIN AND DASHIN (6) hasn't been too far away of late, the latest effort a fourth, beaten 2.5 lengths, at this track (Dirt) over 1f180yards. Ali Rivera stays on and although yet to win has been in the money on two occasions. Must be respected.
