Goes well at this trip, recording four minor placings and is right in this. BROWN RESERVE (7) finished out of the money on debut two starts back then was beaten 6 lengths when fourth over 6f at this track two weeks ago. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. SONIC POSSE (4) is a four-year-old gelding yet to find the frame after seven runs. Failed to threaten when 12 lengths from the winner in eighth when resuming last start over 5½f at this track (Dirt). Among the leading chances. COLE TRICKLE (2) progressed nicely last time out to finish just 0.1 lengths from the winner in second over 1m1/2f at Sam Houston Park. Likely improver so plenty to like about his chances.
