CONNORS OUTLAW (1) was safely held when fourth last time out over 6f at Sam Houston Park, beaten 8 lengths after being in the firing line on the turn. That followed a win at Remington Park at the previous outing. It doesn't get any easier but on his best form he is capable of a big performance. FLY TO THE BANK (2) returns from a break of four months. Consistent performer last prep whose most recent appearance resulted in a second over 7f at Remington Park. Finds the right race to launch another bright campaign. C W PRIZE (7) pushed forward and went on to record a determined win when resuming last start by 4 lengths over 6f at this track (Dirt). Meets a stronger field but he is capable of running a bold race. OUR CORNERSTONE (4) turned in a fine effort to score by 2 lengths at this track and distance when resuming from a layoff last time out. Finds another suitable race and can go on with the job.
