BIOLOGICS (6) was well held in the Thousand Guineas Prelude won by Ferivia over 7f at Sandown-Hillside at her last appearance eight months ago. Finds a suitable race and is sure to be prominent. PER FAVORE (4) is yet to miss the placings in two starts, including a win. Has not been produced since she scored over 5f at Sandown-Lakeside on January 8. Breaks from a wide draw but she is sure to prove tough to beat. MARILYN'S EDGE (3) booted up from the inside draw to lead last start and was there until straightening when beaten 3. 5 lengths into fourth over 5f at Cranbourne. Blinkers come off. Expected to be competitive. LANTANA (11) showed good early dash last time out and led for most of the way before being claimed and finishing 1. 5 lengths away in second over 6f at Ballarat. Has ability and a bold showing is expected.
