RICH AND JOYFUL (12) raced below her best last time when ninth over 7f at Pakenham, beaten 7 lengths. Perfectly placed and is sure to prove tough to beat. KHALIDA (11) is racing well and is close to a win, the latest effort a solid third at Mornington over 6f after being in contention all the way. Has good early pace. Finds a suitable race and can build on solid recent efforts. HARD WARRIOR (2) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start when he got a long way back over 7f at Seymour, beaten 5.5 lengths into fifth. Finds a nice race and can play a significant role. PIWHANE (13) ran a better race when second up last start, finishing fourth and beaten 2 lengths at Horsham. Expected to play a major role.
