AMENOPHIS (3) was in the money two starts back at Gatton but couldn't back it up last time when sixth, beaten 6 lengths, at Toowoomba over 1m. Finds an easier assignment and can get the job done. PROPHET OF BOOM (10) missed the placings two runs back then did well last start but found a couple better over 7f at Goondiwindi, beaten only half a length. Needs to be at her best to beat this field but she is up to the challenge. MAGIC IN ME (1) gets out over more ground. On the back of some solid form of late, the most recent effort a fifth over 6f at gayndah. Has the speed to be prominent. One of the main contenders. THE SHAMAN (2) scored two runs back then was well supported last time but could only manage to finish sixth over 6f at Goondiwindi after he was in contention on the corner. Goes up a rung or two but he is up to the task.
