HAY STREET (4) is a locally trained maiden galloper who hasn't raced since finishing in the placings over 6½f at Bendigo five months ago. Trialling well leading into this. Right in this. BUCKEYE (1) was one of the favoured runners when resuming last start but could only manage to finish seventh over 5½f at Gold Coast. Should take a lot from that last outing.
