MISS SUPERNOVA (14) missed the frame on debut then improved last time when a nose away in second over 6f at Randwick. Drawn for a nice run just off the speed. Further improvement to come and this looks her chance. MANUKAU (6) resumed from a lay-off last start with a sound second over 6½f at Hawkesbury after being in the firing line on the corner. It doesn't get any easier but she is good enough to take this out. VERLANDER (2) has not raced since his debut back on March 9 2024 when he finished seventh over 6f in the G2 Todman Stakes at Randwick. Improver who can feature in the finish. LET'S GO BARBIE (5) worked home well and finished third last time over 6f at Gosford when resuming from a lay-off, beaten 1. 75 lengths. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run.
