WHO EVER THOUGHT (3) is in top form, most recently recording a win by a nose over 7¾f at Canterbury to make it two in succession. Mitch Stapleford is back on and has a solid record on the six-year-old, including three wins. Should be in the finish. VERY SEWREEL (5) has been kept fresh for this since a disappointing eighth last start over 1m2f in the LR Centaurea Stakes at Morphettville seven-and-a-half weeks ago. Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Winning claims on best figures. KENMARE BAY (10) built on a nice third two starts back at Randwick Kensington with success over 1m1 1/2f at Canterbury five weeks ago, getting home by a neck. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run.
