Yet to find winning form this prep but has been thereabouts with three placings from six starts. Best form puts him right in this. CRACKEROFANIGHT (1) was lining up for just the second time last start when third over 1m2f at Stawell, beaten 10 lengths. Will drift back but wind up late. Top chance this line-up. DUKE OF CLARENCE (2) improved last time out, finishing 2. 25 lengths from the winner in second at the end of 1m1/2f at Geelong. Finds a suitable assignment and can take the next step and salute. FEAR NO ONE (3) was in a rearwards position on the turn last time out before finishing 4 lengths back in seventh over 1m at Swan Hill. This looks a nice race so expect him to finish closer.
