CRACKLE 'N' BURN (2) progressed nicely last time out to finish just one length from the winner in second over 6f at Mt Gambier after being in the firing line on the turn. Going up a level this time but he cannot be underestimated. DARTS DALY (7) gets a change of rider and has been freshened up since finishing 11th over 7f at Geelong last start. Key runner on his best form. ROCKCLIFF (9) was well fancied last time and did a good job to finish second over 5½f at Wangaratta at the third run of the prep. Logan Bates stays on and although yet to win has been in the money on two occasions. Has winning claims on best figures. NIGHT COLOURS (14) finished fifth last start over 6½f at Sandown-Hillside after racing on the pace for much of the way. Sure to give a sight.
