KINGDOM HEART (4) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 5f at Orange, beaten 1. 1 lengths after being in contention on the bend. Likely improver with strong prospects. STILL EXCITED (3) is returning from a lay-off of a year. Finished fifth at Kembla Grange over 5f at the first run last prep. Now with a new trainer Brett Robb. Placed in a recent trial. Rates highly and makes plenty of appeal. SMOKIN' GENIE (9) resumes from a lay-off of 11 weeks and is having her first outing under new trainer Melissa Harrison. Finished ninth at Kyneton over 6f at the opening run last time in work. Among the better hopes while fresh. STRASSMAN (1) returned from a lay-off two weeks ago when he was beaten 5 lengths into ninth over 6½f at Dubbo. Strips fitter and should be thereabouts.
