ELVISON (6) is back from a break and will be improved on two recent trial placings. Rates strongly and expected to measure up. ALPINE ROCKET (2) settled well back last start and never threatened when 9 lengths from the winner in 12th over 1m1/2f at Geelong. Suitably placed so anticipating a better run this time. SIDEREAL (3) wasn't far away last time out, finishing fourth over 1m at Swan Hill after he gave away a big start. The extra journey should play into his hands. Expected to run well. TALLINGAS PRINCE (1) missed the placings two runs back then did well last start but found one better over 1m2 1/2f at Benalla, beaten only 1.3 lengths. Likely improver with strong prospects.
