Race Tip

DAMAS (2) has a moderate winning strike-rate but did a good job when returning from a break last time at Donald, finishing third and only half a length from the winner at the end of 5f. Nicely placed to take this out. PRANCING QUEEN (6) was allowed to drift back from a wide draw when resuming last time out then found the line strongly to grab third over 6f at Mornington. Will be tough to hold out again. AUDIO POP CAM (7) returned from a lay-off five-and-a-half weeks ago when she was beaten 3 lengths into fifth over 5½f at Geelong. Enjoys a drop in grade so she can bounce back. DISTINCTLY SUMMER (8) showed good early speed and raced on the pace last start before fading to finish fifth, beaten 4 lengths, over 6f at Wagga. Can feature in the finish.
