YES I KNOW (7) produced a nice effort on debut in better company last start over 7f at Sale when second, beaten 1.75 lengths. Drawn well close to the inside so he should be in the finish again. DURNESS (18) faced the starter for the first time and was well supported but could only manage ninth last start at Geelong over 7¼f, beaten 4 lengths. Fitter and with the blinkers on she makes considerable appeal. CONTACTED (8) kept coming only to just miss last start over 7½f at Bendigo. This looks a sterner test than last time but on her best form she is one of the key runners.
