BAMBI BELLE (7) returned from a lay-off three weeks ago when she was prominent at the corner before being beaten 3 lengths into fourth over 5f at Wyong. Finds an easier assignment and can get the job done. DOLLY (10) wound up strongly but just failed to pick up the winner when fresh from a lay-off last start over 5f70yards at Wagga Riverside. Will strip a lot fitter this time around. This looks a sterner test than last time but on her best form she is one of the key runners. BLUE BAYOU (8) has not been to the races since she finished third on debut over 5f at Canberra on December 1. Deserves serious consideration. DIVRON (9) pushed forward on debut last start and boxed on to finish third over 5f70yards at Wagga Riverside. Has the early speed to cross from out wide. Must be respected.
