WHAT A WARRIOR (5) tackled the mile for the first time last start at Turffontein Standside and after looking a winning chance halfway down the straight he found one better. Has been in solid form this campaign with a win and two minor placings from four starts. Bold showing expected. SHERIFF BILL BROWN (3) broke through for his maiden win over 7f at Turffontein Standside last time, scoring comfortably. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Shaping up nicely and he is a great chance to go back-to-back. DOESYOURMOTHERKNOW (6) scored last time out over 7f at Turffontein Standside. Craig Zackey stays aboard. Gets some weight relief this time. Has been in solid form this campaign with a win and a placing from three starts. Shapes as one to consider. DEAR DOC (1) finished fourth two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 1m at Turffontein Standside, beaten 6 lengths. Looks to be in the right race so expect another big run.
