INDIAN SPICE (1) is yet to break through after six starts but not far off a win. Placed in a then missed the frame but was thereabouts last time over 1m at this track. Settles off the speed. Best form stacks up nicely and deserves another chance. SMUGGLER (9) worked home well and finished 5. 5 lengths from the winner in fifth last start over 1m at this track, an improvement on his seventh on debut at this track the run before. Nicely placed to feature in the finish. TERRENCE (10) missed the placings on debut two runs back then got a long way back last start when 13 lengths away in tenth over 5¾f at Turffontein Standside. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. UNDERDOG (5) failed to figure again last time over 1m at this track, beaten 10 lengths into sixth. Looks close to a win and worth including.
