CONTINENTAL KING (8) was a most impressive winner last time out over 5¾f at Turffontein Standside, putting 4 lengths on his nearest rival. Will appreciate the drop in the weights. Has been in sound form this prep with a win and a placing from three starts. Expected to be in the finish. LAUGHING WILLIAM (7) finished third last start at the first run back from a lay-off over 7f at Turffontein Standside, beaten 1. 5 lengths. Meets a stronger field but he is up to the task. FOSTINOVO (5) finished second when resuming two runs back at Turffontein Standside then progressed nicely last time out to score by a long neck as public elect over 7f at Turffontein Standside. Looks well placed so expect another big run.
