TOWERS OF GOLD (3) has been in great form with two placings in succession, most recently when beaten 12 lengths into third over 1m at Turffontein Standside. Finds a more suitable contest and can get the job done. GUY ALEXANDER (2) improved sharply on his fourth two starts back at this track with a win over 1m1f at this track three weeks ago, getting home by one length. Finds a suitable race and can make it back-to-back wins. WHISPERS OF WAR (4) missed the placings two starts back then ran a better race and finished 3 lengths away in fourth last time out over 1m1f at Turffontein Inside. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. ROMEO'S MAGIC (5) hit the frame two starts ago at this track but ran below par last time when seventh and beaten 10 lengths over 1m2f at Turffontein Standside. Open to improvement and should be about the money.
