SACAMBAYA (1) was well fancied last time and finished a close second over 7f at Scottsville to remain a maiden. Should be prominent from the outset. Sure to be in the finish. AMBITIOUS LADY (3) resumes from a lay-off of four-and-a-half months and is having her first outing under new trainer A P Peter. Finished 16th at Scottsville over 6f at the opening run last time in work. Expecting a bright start for the new trainer. POMO CLAPPER (2) failed to figure again last time over 1m1f at this track, beaten 11 lengths into seventh. Has the gate speed to take up a forward position. One of the main contenders. OKLAHOMA TWISTER (4) was in the money two starts back at this track then missed the frame but was not too far away last time over 7½f at Turffontein Inside. Has good early pace. This looks a nice race for him.
