MRS STORMIATRIX (2) reunites with Calvin Habib after scoring with ease over 5f at Vaal last time. Should be poised just off the lead. Sure to be in the finish. BLINDFIRE (1) has put together back-to-back placings after scoring three back at Vaal, most recently beaten 4 lengths into third over 5f at Vaal. Looks well placed so expect another big run. TEMPRANILLO (4) is back at the races for the first time since January 27. Worth noting she filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last time in work over 5f at Vaal. Worth plenty of thought. WAITING ON CHARLIE (10) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 5¾f at this track, beaten 4 lengths. Likely to hold the form and is a strong top-three prospect.
