RED AMBER (7) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 7f at this track, beaten 2 lengths into fourth. Has the class to take care of this field. ALABAMA ANNA (3) made progress last time out, finishing 3.5 lengths from the winner in third at the end of 6f at Vaal. Nicely placed to feature in the finish. CHIEFTAIN'S SHIELD (6) recorded a strong maiden win over 7f at this track last time, getting there by 1.3 lengths. Drawn well close to the inside and he is one of the main chances. GUERILLA WARFARE (4) has not won for a long while. Last raced on June 26 when beaten 2.75 lengths into fourth at Turffontein Inside over 1m. Finds a tougher race but a big run will not surprise.
