CYMRIC (5) has registered three minor placings from three runs this campaign. Continued the trend last start when runner-up over 5¾f at this track. Gavin Lerena gets the best out of this three-year-old gelding. It doesn't get any easier but on his best form he is one of the key runners. RADICCHIO (3) was on a winning run of three races but last time out missed the frame when fifth over 7f81yards at Vaal. Should be prominent from the outset. Will give a great sight. BUSTER BARNES (1) is a well bred four-year-old gelding lining up for the first time. By Erupt from the quality mare Servilia who has produced plenty of winners. Comes from a stable which has an impressive strike rate with the first-starters. Ready to run well despite a difficult gate. THE AFRICA HOUSE (4) finished second at Vaal two runs back but was less effective last time over 7f81yards at Vaal, finishing 8 lengths back in ninth. Has his share of ability and can do a lot better.
