Expecting a bold showing. I AM GIANT (2) is resuming from a break of five months for a new stable after finishing sixth over 6f in the G1 Mercury Sprint at Greyville at his latest outing. Goes very well when fresh from a lay-off, scoring on three occasions from six starts. Should feature in the finish. GOLDEN SICKLE (5) is a talented filly who tackled a tougher race at her last run on July 28 and finished 12th behind Surjay over 6f in the G1 Mercury Sprint at Greyville. Should be prominent from the outset. Will be in this for a long way. RULERSHIP (4) didn’t threaten when resuming last start over 5¾f in the G3 Merchants at this track, finishing sixth, beaten 4 lengths. Second up record is sound. Can improve sharply here.
