CANCUN NATIVE (4) recorded a gutsy maiden victory last time out over 7½f at this track (Turf), scoring by half a length. Sparingly raced and has more to offer. Shaping up nicely and he looks certain to measure up again. NO ORDINARY TIGER (3) doesn't win very often but ran a nice race last time out over 6f at Grants Pass (Dirt), finishing third and beaten 0. 6 lengths after being in the firing line on the turn. Goes up a rung or two but he is good enough to take this out. KNOCKOUT GUY (1) has failed to figure of late. Two starts back missed the placings over 1m at Delaware Park. Last time he failed to complete the course at Delaware Park. In the mix if he gets things right. STANDARD OF PROOF (2) is a five-year-old gelding who is having his first run for the Manuel Sr Ortiz barn. Most recently finished in the placings at Los Alamitos (Dirt) before going for a break. Hasn't trialled publicly but looks nicely placed. One of the main chances.
