INJEANIUS (11) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a nice race last time out, finishing second and beaten only 0.1 lengths over 1f130yards at this track (Dirt) after being prominent at the bend. Has a good record at this course and distance, including a win and two minor placings. Nicely placed to play a pivotal role. JESS MY DYNASTY (5) is a three-year-old colt who is having his first run for the Diego Cervantes barn. Hasn't raced since finishing in the placings at Zia Park (Dirt) four months ago. Hasn't trialled publicly but is in a nice race. Bold showing expected. HOTTE SHOTTE (3) finished midfield when resuming from a break last time out over 1f80yards at this track (Dirt) when well in the market. Drawn to enjoy a nice run just off the lead. Should be involved in the finish. SOMEKINDA PATRIOT (12) ran very well when resuming then drifted back and was never a factor last time, beaten 4 lengths into eighth over 1f130yards at this track (Dirt). Likely improver who can feature in the finish.
