MIDNIGHT SUSI (2) ran well below her best last time over 6½f at Sunland Park (Dirt), beaten 4 lengths into fourth at 4/1. Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Expecting a bold showing. BEA MISCHIEF (4) sat close to the pace last time out but faded to finish fourth, beaten 18 lengths over this journey at this track (Dirt). One of the main contenders. SPRING SPINNING (7) last appeared three-and-a-half weeks ago over 6f at Santa Anita when she finished sixth. This is her first run for the Ruben Fuentes stable.
