ISLEDON (8) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6f67yards at Taree, beaten 9 lengths into seventh. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. SNOWDROP (1) turned in a eye-catching run last start over 5f at this track, winding up hard from well back on straightening to finish a close second. Watch for another barnstorming finish. GOLDEN GALAXY (4) improved sharply on his tenth two starts back at Taree with success over 5f at Taree three weeks ago, getting home by a nose after being prominent at the corner. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot repeat the dose. ODDSOCK (7) hasn't been able to break through for an extended period, the latest effort a tenth over 6½f at Moree.
