HIYAAM PROUD (6) has been out of the placings in two runs since a break, the latest when seventh, beaten 4 lengths, over 1m1/2f at Caulfield after he was in contention on the bend. Untried at this journey but strips fitter and looks set to find best form. WYMARK (2) did little and finished 10 lengths from the winner in 11th over 1m at Flemington last start, a less impressive effort than his ninth at Rosehill the run before. Perfectly placed and is sure to take a ton of beating. CABLE DANCER (4) came from well back on cornering and hit the line strongly to score over 1m3f at Ararat last time out. One of the main contenders. SEVEN'S (5) produced a reasonable effort when fourth last start over 1m at Flemington. That followed a win at Rosehill the start prior. Expect a better run this time.
